Coordination and Communication
Financial and Administrative Support
- Coordinate and monitor project activities to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.
- Assist in the development and implementation of project plans and schedules.
- Conduct regular field visits to oversee project activities and provide support to field staff.
- Collect and analyze data to assess the effectiveness of project activities.
- Prepare regular progress reports for the Project Manager and other stakeholders.
Coordination and Communication
- Coordinate with PQ team to ensure smooth implementation of project activities.
- Maintain regular communication with project partners, beneficiaries, and other stakeholders.
- Support the Project Manager in liaising with donors and other external parties.
Financial and Administrative Support
- Assist in the preparation and monitoring of project budgets.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of project-related financial and administrative records.
- Support the procurement process for project materials and services.
- Prepare and submit bi-weekly administrative and financial reports to the Project Manager.
