Content Management Assistant (Strapi CMS) Consultancy

Your mission
War Child’s Can’t Wait to Learn programme is looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Content Management Assistant to support the integration of educational content into digital minigames. You will work primarily with Strapi CMS, ensuring accurate, timely, and high-quality content uploads that align with both educational goals and game design standards. 
 
 
What you will do: 
 
  • Upload and manage multilingual content for educational minigames using Strapi CMS.
  • Ensure content is placed correctly and follows design and formatting guidelines.
  • Conduct QA reviews to check for consistency, typos, layout issues, and logic breaks.
  • Coordinate with the graphic design and game development teams for asset preparation.
  • Apply basic image editing (e.g. cropping, resizing, minor adjustments) as needed.
  • Maintain structured naming conventions, metadata, and version tracking.
  • Support the translation and localisation process for Arabic and Ukrainian content.
Your profile
  •  2 years min in related field.
  • Hands-on experience with any CMS platform (Strapi experience a strong plus).
  • Basic graphic design skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar).
  • Strong attention to detail, with a systematic and patient approach to tasks.
  • Fluent English is required; Arabic and/or Ukrainian are a strong advantage.
  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
    Familiarity with digital content in educational or game-related contexts is a plus.

  • Location : Remote: We work with global teams with team members being based in different locations. War Child is currently operates in: Afghanistan, the Central African Republic, Colombia, DR Congo, Germany, Jordan, Lebanon, the occupied Palestinian territory, South Sudan, Sweden, Syria, Uganda, Ukraine (soon to be registered), and Yemen. We also have offices in the Netherlands and the United Kingdom. Preference is given to applicants who reside and have valid working permits. War Child does not offer relocation.
