Call For Tenders 

Can’t Wait to Learn (CWTL) introduces new cost-effective solutions to the serious challenges children face by accessing quality education in emergencies through the development of innovative personalized learning solutions with a focus on serious gaming. To date, CWTL has been implemented in Sudan, Lebanon, South Sudan, Jordan, Chad, Uganda, and Ukraine. CWTL has been proven in all contexts (pending Ukraine) in which it has been used to significantly improve and accelerate children’s learning of foundational literacy and numeracy skills.  

Can’t Wait to Learn is a digital, curriculum-based, context-specific learning application for education in emergency offering numeracy and reading curricula for primary grades 1, 2, and 3. Accessed on dedicated, preloaded tabletsCWTL offers children a digital, self-guided education game adapted to context to support motivation and active self-paced learning.  

To facilitate program implementation, CWTL is seeking proposals from qualified suppliers for the provision of tablets and related accessories as specified below

Your profile
1. Application Requirements

 Interested suppliers are invited to submit a proposal that includes the following: 

  • Financial Proposal: Detailed pricing for each item, including any applicable taxes, and warranty options.
  • Company Profile: Background information about the company, including relevant experience supplying similar items.
  • Company Registration: Proof of company registration, including legal documentation and relevant certifications.
  • Warranty Information: Details on applicable warranties for the supplied items.
  • Delivery Schedule Confirmation: Agreement to the proposed delivery timeline.

 

2. Delivery Schedule 

The selected supplier is expected to deliver the goods in four batches as follows: 

  • Batch 1: August
    • 630 tablets, 630 covers, 630 chargers, 630 SD Cards, 650 headphones, 630 USB cables, 100 AUX splitters, 20 charging buses

 

3. Evaluation and Selection Process

Following the submission deadline, an evaluation committee will review and compare all tenders based on price, quality, warranty, and compliance with specifications. Shortlisted suppliers may be required to provide sample items for testing and review. During the testing, tablets that are not compatible and do not support the game will not be accepted.  

 

4. Submission Modality 

This call for proposals is open to suppliers worldwide, who are required to submit their applications via the system.  All proposals should be submitted in PDF format and include all required documents as outlined in Section 3. 


5. Submission Deadline 

All proposals must be submitted by 20/07/2025. Late submissions will not be considered.
