Your mission
As the EQUIP Lead, you will play a central role in strengthening the quality of War Child’s programming by leading the rollout, implementation, and sustained use of competency-based assessment systems across the organisation. You will provide technical leadership on the full EQUIP toolset, ensuring consistent, high-quality application of competency assessments for teams working with children, adults, groups, and families.
You will coordinate EQUIP-related task teams and working groups, deliver in-person EQUIP trainings, support country and partner teams in effective implementation, and maintain accurate records of EQUIP users and trainers. Working closely with colleagues across R&D, MEAL, and technical advisory teams, you will help embed competency-based assessment into War Child’s learning, quality assurance, and evidence-based practice.
