Your mission

HR Archiving Volunteer

Overview:
We are looking for a highly detail-oriented HR Archiving Volunteer to support in organizing, maintaining, and ensuring compliance of personnel files and HR documentation. This role is ideal for someone interested in HR administration, document control, and compliance processes.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain, update, and organize employee files (both physical and digital) for current and former employees
  • Archive and structure HR documentation in line with internal policies and audit requirements
  • Review personnel files and identify missing or incomplete documentation
  • Follow up with relevant team members to ensure completion of employee records
  • Ensure proper filing, labeling, and storage of HR documents including timesheets 
  • Support scanning, digitizing, and uploading of HR records into tracking systems
  • Assist in preparing documentation for audits and internal reviews
  • Support compliance with HR policies, procedures, and document retention standards
  • Maintain trackers for employee documentation and file completeness
  • Provide administrative support to other HR related tasks 


Your profile

Required Qualifications:
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in administration, HR support, or document control
  • Strong attention to detail and organization skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with high discretion
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and document management systems
  • Patient, structured, and process-oriented mindset
 
Skills and Competencies:
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Fluency in Arabic
  •  Good command of English
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and systematically
  • Cultural sensitivity
