Organiser toutes les étapes de la Réinsertion scolaire Assurer la collaboration avec les structures étatiques éducationnelles dans les sous divisions d’intervention et les structures de la gouvernance scolaire.

Assurer le processus de référencement de la protection vers éducation et le processus d’identification des enfants vulnérables ; d’autre part assurer les référencements de l’école vers les services de protection à travers des séances , des sessions et dissémination de la cartographie des services de la prise en charge et le Circuit de référencements .

Organiser la formation des enseignants sur différentes thématiques.
Organiser les cours de récupération scolaire/Catch en coordination avec le conseiller technique éducation
Formation et accompagnement pédagogique des enseignants.
Implication des COPAs et des COGEs
-Assurer le respect des standards du cluster éducation en rapport avec l’organisation des cours de récupération scolaire et les normes de l’éducation en Urgence
Accompagnement des enseignants par l’inspection de l’EPST.
Travailler avec les écoles pour la dissémination de la cartographie des services en protection de l’enfant et élaborer des plan de réduction des risques

Participer au processus de Gestion des cas pour enfants vulnérables selon les critères mis en place par le projet ;

Identifier, documenter et référer à l’Assistant Gestionnaire des cas, les cas de protection nécessitant une assistance appropriée dans un processus de gestion des cas ;
Effectuer une analyse des facteurs des risques et de protection présente dans l’environnement des enfants à tous les niveaux du cadre socio-écologique en collaboration avec les communautés ciblées par le projet ;
Aide à la mise en place (avec l’équipe MEAL et l’équipe projet) d’une Base des Données (BDD) sécurisées des enfants vulnérables en cours de gestion des cas ;
Participer à la préparation des Termes de référence et les demandes d’achat pour les besoins spécifiques des enfants en réponse au processus de gestion des cas.

Renforcement de mécanismes communautaires pour la prévention et la protection de l’enfant à travers Mobiliser, rehausser et améliorer la qualité et le niveau de participation des responsables des structures de prise en charge (FAT, FAS, RECOPE, les Chefs des Quartiers) sur les Normes et standards de prise en charge des enfants.
- Identifier les besoins en redynamisation et renforcement des capacités des membres de RECOPE dans les zones du projet à Masisi ;
- Organiser la supervision, coaching et mentorat des RECOPEs ;
- Organiser de consultation semestrielle d'analyse de risque de séparation familiale dans les zones cibles ;
- Conduire les actions de sensibilisation communautaires et d'information via les RECOPEs et mobilisateurs communautaires sur la prévention de la séparation familiale ;
- Conduire les entretiens avec les parents, prestataires des services, enseignants, leaders communautaires, enfants, adolescents et membres des structures communautaires de protection de l'enfants sur la prévention à la séparation et les mécanismes locaux de protection de l'enfant (chaque personne participera à 2 séances sur la durée du projet) ;
- Mener des évaluations des risques et facteurs de protection d’autres part des audit sécuritaire VBG suivi du plan d’action
- Mettre en place la cartographies des services disponibles et les plans de mitigation des risques
- Conduire à travers les RECOPE. Les sensibilisations des membres des communautés sur les risques liés aux engins explosifs ;
- Appuyer les activités de sensibilisation par les RECOPE.

Faciliter l’accès aux services de protection et de l’assistance en éducation pour les enfants les plus vulnérables identifiés aux EAE et au sein des écoles ;

Référencement des enfants vulnérables fréquentant les écoles vers les services de protection
Redynamiser les structures vigilantes de protection de l'enfant dans les écoles (incluant des représentant des élèves, parents, prof etc) ;
Mobiliser les communautés scolaires à élaborer de plan de réduction des risques ;
Organisation de sensibilisations des enfants, comités des parents et enseignants issus des structures scolaires sur les services de prise en charge disponibles ;
Assurer que des victimes et/ou survivants des cas d'abus et violence sexuelles reçoivent un appui au référencement (Transport, nourriture, etc...) ;
Identifier les enfants vulnérables qui ne sont pas scolarisés et qui participent dans les EAE;
Assurer le référencement des enfants vulnérables fréquentant les EAE pour une réintégration scolaire ;
Superviser les activités catch up dans les écoles avec appui des inspecteurs de l’EDU-NC ;

Rapportage

Produire les rapports hebdomadaires de qualité afin d’alimenter le rapport mensuel du projet ;
Collecter les histoires à succès des activités protection de l’enfance au sein du projet.

Budget et Finances

Préparer les demandes d’avances, le faire approuver et les justifier pour toutes les activités mises en œuvre selon qu’elles ont été approuvées par le Program Unity Coordinator;/ Coordo Urgences
Suivre la consommation budgétaire et alerter le Program Unity Coordinator /Coordinateur Urgence sur tout élément nécessaire afin d’assurer la bonne consommation budgétaire ;
Participer dans les séances d’actualisation de BvA ;

Logistique

Soumettre les PR et suivre leur exécution dans un temps records ;
Suivre le processus de livraison des items demandés par le projet s’assurant qu’ils sont de très bonne qualité ;

El/la Gerente de Programas, Fundraising y Alianzas Estratégicas es responsable de liderar la dirección estratégica, técnica y programática de War Child Colombia, con énfasis en la movilización de recursos, el desarrollo de alianzas estratégicas y la sostenibilidad del programa país en el marco del nuevo modelo organizacional.

El cargo actúa como contraparte estratégica del Director de País en la definición de prioridades programáticas, la identificación y análisis de oportunidades de financiación, el relacionamiento con socios y donantes, la construcción de propuestas estratégicas y la consolidación de un modelo de operación liderado por socios, eficiente y escalable a nivel nacional y, cuando corresponde, regional.

Además de asegurar la calidad técnica del portafolio en protección infantil, apoyo psicosocial, empoderamiento juvenil, construcción de paz y metodologías basadas en evidencia, el/la Gerente contribuirá al posicionamiento de War Child ante donantes, organizaciones internacionales, socios locales, plataformas humanitarias, entidades públicas, fundaciones y actores de cooperación.

Este rol requiere pensamiento estratégico, criterio político, capacidad técnica, habilidades sólidas de escritura, relación externa, liderazgo de equipos y orientación a la sostenibilidad. OBJETIVO DEL CARGO.

Liderar estratégicamente el área de Programas de War Child Colombia, garantizando la calidad, pertinencia y sostenibilidad del portafolio programático, y contribuyendo de manera directa a la movilización de recursos, el desarrollo de alianzas estratégicas y el posicionamiento institucional de War Child en Colombia y, cuando corresponda, en la región.

FUNCIONES

Dirección estratégica del programa país

Liderar, junto con el Director de País, la implementación, actualización y seguimiento de la estrategia programática de War Child Colombia.
Traducir la estrategia país y el nuevo modelo organizacional en prioridades programáticas concretas, oportunidades de financiación y alianzas estratégicas.
Asesorar al Director de País en decisiones relacionadas con crecimiento, reducción, transición, sostenibilidad, posicionamiento, alianzas y riesgos programáticos.
Aportar análisis político, institucional, humanitario y de cooperación para orientar la toma de decisiones del programa país.
Identificar oportunidades de posicionamiento de War Child en protección infantil, apoyo psicosocial, empoderamiento juvenil, metodologías basadas en evidencia y modelos partner-led.
Contribuir al desarrollo de una visión programática regional cuando existan oportunidades concretas en América Latina y el Caribe.

2. Recaudación de fondos, desarrollo de propuestas y movilización de recursos.
Liderar, junto con el Director de País y los equipos globales o regionales de fundraising, la identificación, análisis y priorización de oportunidades de financiación.
Desarrollar y mantener un pipeline actualizado de oportunidades, con análisis de probabilidad, valor estratégico, esfuerzo requerido, riesgos y próximos pasos.
Analizar el mercado de donantes en Colombia y, cuando corresponda, en América Latina y el Caribe, incluyendo cooperación bilateral, agencias multilaterales, fundaciones, fondos humanitarios, sector privado, embajadas y alianzas consorciales.
Coordinar la preparación de notas conceptuales, expresiones de interés, propuestas completas, teorías de cambio, marcos lógicos, narrativas técnicas y modelos de intervención.
Insumos articulados de Programas, Finanzas, Operaciones, Seguridad, Comunicaciones, socios y equipos globales durante los procesos de formulación.
Asegurar que las propuestas sean técnicamente sólidas, narrativamente claras, financieramente viables y alineadas con los requisitos de donantes y las capacidades reales de War Child y sus socios.
Contribuir a la negociación técnica con donantes y socios durante las fases de aclaración, revisión, aprobación o ajuste de propuestas.

3. Asociaciones y alianzas estratégicas

Apoyar al Director de País en la identificación, priorización y desarrollo de alianzas estratégicas con organizaciones locales, nacionales e internacionales.
Construir y mantener relaciones efectivas con socios implementadores, potenciales socios consorciales, organizaciones juveniles, organizaciones étnico-territoriales, ONG internacionales, agencias de Naciones Unidas, fundaciones y entidades públicas.
Identificar oportunidades de complementariedad programática y técnica que permitan a War Child participar en propuestas lideradas por terceros o liderar consorcios cuando sea viable.
Apoyar la negociación de roles, responsabilidades, modelos de gobernanza y esquemas de implementación con socios.
Asegurar que las alianzas respondan a criterios de calidad, valor estratégico, sostenibilidad, viabilidad operativa, salvaguarda, reputación y alineación con la misión de War Child.
Fortalecer el modelo partner-led mediante relaciones basadas en confianza, corresponsabilidad, liderazgo local, aprendizaje mutuo y claridad en la rendición de cuentas.
Identificar riesgos técnicos, financieros, operativos, políticos o reputacionales asociados a socios y proponer medidas de mitigación.

4. Calidad programática y gestión del portafolio

Liderar el aseguramiento de calidad del portafolio programático, garantizando coherencia con los estándares de War Child y los requerimientos de donantes.
Asegurar que las intervenciones incorporan enfoques sólidos de protección infantil, apoyo psicosocial, empoderamiento juvenil, género, inclusión, participación, salvaguarda y acción sin daño.
Orientar al equipo de Programas ya los socios en la adaptación de metodologías basadas en evidencia al contexto colombiano y, cuando corresponda, regional.
Supervisar estratégicamente la implementación de los proyectos en curso, asegurando el cumplimiento de resultados, calidad técnica, ejecución presupuestal y gestión oportuna de riesgos.
Supervisar la calidad de informes internos y externos, asegurando claridad narrativa, análisis de resultados, uso de evidencia y cumplimiento de compromisos contractuales.
Utilizar aprendizajes, datos y evidencia programática para mejorar la implementación, fortalecer propuestas y posicionar a War Child ante donantes y aliados.
Garantizar que los procesos de cierre, transición o continuidad de proyectos se realicen con responsabilidad ética, rigor técnico y adecuada comunicación con socios, donantes y comunidades
5. Representación y posicionamiento institucional
Representar a War Child en espacios técnicos, humanitarios, de cooperación, coordinación interinstitucional y relacionamiento con socios o donantes, según delegación del Director de País.
Contribuir al posicionamiento de War Child como organización especializada en protección infantil, apoyo psicosocial, empoderamiento juvenil, metodologías basadas en evidencia y modelos escalables liderados por socios.
Preparar insumos técnicos y estratégicos para reuniones de alto nivel, conversaciones con donantes, presentaciones institucionales, notas conceptuales, briefings y documentos de posicionamiento.
Apoyar al Director de País en la lectura política e institucional del entorno, particularmente cuando tenga implicaciones para alianzas, financiación, reputación o sostenibilidad.
Identificar espacios de visibilidad estratégica para War Child en Colombia y, cuando corresponda, en la región.

5. Liderazgo de equipo y articulación interna

Liderar al equipo de Programas, promoviendo claridad estratégica, autonomía responsable, calidad técnica y orientación a resultados.
Supervisar directamente al/la Oficial de Programas y otros cargos técnicos o programáticos bajo su responsabilidad.
Establecer prioridades, planes de trabajo, rutinas de seguimiento y mecanismos de retroalimentación para el equipo.
Actuar como puente efectivo entre el Director de País, el equipo técnico, socios, áreas de soporte y referentes globales o regionales.
Coordinador con Finanzas, Operaciones, Seguridad, Recursos Humanos y Comunicaciones la viabilidad de la implementación programática y de nuevas oportunidades.
Promover una cultura de trabajo colaborativa, transparente, ética, flexible y orientada a la sostenibilidad.
Gestionar oportunamente tensiones, sobrecargas, brechas de desempeño o dificultades de coordinación dentro del área de Programas.

6. Funciones generales

Participar activamente en entrenamientos, reuniones y espacios técnicos asignados por la organización.
Cumplir con las políticas internas, procedimientos, lineamientos de seguridad, salvaguarda infantil, código de conducta y demás estándares institucionales de War Child.
Cumplir con los requerimientos de plataformas, sistemas internos y herramientas de gestión definidas por War Child.

Idiomas

Inglés funcional alto, oral y escrito, suficiente para sostener reuniones, intercambiar con equipos globales y revisar o producir documentos técnicos. Se valorará especialmente el nivel B2 alto o superior.

Requisitos Obligatorios

Experiencia general mínima de cinco (5) años en cooperación internacional, gestión de programas, acción humanitaria, desarrollo social, protección, niñez, juventud, construcción de paz o áreas relacionadas.
Experiencia mínima de tres (3) años en coordinación, gestión o liderazgo de programas, proyectos, equipos técnicos, socios implementadores o portafolios financiados por cooperación internacional.
Experiencia demostrable en formulación de propuestas, desarrollo de notas conceptuales, construcción de narrativas técnicas, teorías de cambio, marcos lógicos, presupuestos narrativos o procesos de movilización de recursos.
Experiencia de relación con socios, organizaciones locales, agencias de cooperación, donantes, entidades públicas, ONG internacionales, fundaciones, plataformas humanitarias o actores de cooperación.
Experiencia en gestión de alianzas, trabajo con socios implementadores, organizaciones comunitarias, organizaciones juveniles, organizaciones étnico-territoriales o modelos de implementación colaborativa.

The War Child Alliance is a network of fundraising members and an implementing arm (the WarChild Alliance Foundation) with country teams and global teams. The Institutional Funding and Grants Delivery (IFGD) team within the War Child Alliance Foundation provides the strategic direction for and leads the coordination of its fundraising members. Through effective engagement and partnership building with institutional donors and foundations, the IFGD team is also directly responsible for raising funds from institutional donors where there is no Alliance Fundraising Member. Alongside this, the team’s investments in systems, tools, policies and processes are helping to build a more resilient funding model in which War Child can continue to deliver meaningful support to children and communities affected by conflict in a rapidly changing global funding environment.

Our conditions
We are looking for an intern who will join the IFGD team from September 2026 for a period of 6 months, 3-5 days per week, preferably 5 days per week, with careful consideration for 4 or 3 days per week. As an intern in War Child you can count on an interesting internship, with an opportunity to learn a lot. Of course you will get guidance, but also freedom to work out your ideas. You will receive an internship allowance of € 300, - gross per month, based on 40 hours per week (and prorated as per your contract if part-time). Please note that War Child interns need to be enrolled as students at a Dutch educational institution for the duration of their internship. To make the adaptive Care System accessible to many more children and communities, we aim to collaborate with key stakeholders to co-design simple and effective learning pathways and resources to support all steps in the implementation process.  
 
As Learning Designer Care System, you will provide learning /instructional design expertise and collaborate with the core EBM teams to improve and build on existing learning paths and start new blended learning paths and learning resources. You will bring essential expertise in developing learning paths that are scalable and in line with our guiding principles. 11. Collecter et consolider les rapports mensuels des encadreurs des EAE ciblés.
Participer au processus de Gestion des cas pour enfants vulnérables selon les critères mis en place par le projet ;

Identifier, documenter et référer à l’Assistant Gestionnaire des cas, les cas de protection nécessitant une assistance appropriée dans un processus de gestion des cas ;
Aide à la mise en place (avec l’équipe MEAL et l’équipe projet) d’une Base des Données (BDD) sécurisées des enfants vulnérables en cours de gestion des cas ;
Participer à la préparation des Termes de référence et les demandes d’achat pour les besoins spécifiques des enfants en réponse au processus de gestion des cas.

Collaborer sur les modalités de transfert monétaire, y compris la distribution de téléphones mobiles et la sensibilisation des familles sur les transferts d'argent mobile

Travailler avec UNICEF pour des réunions communautaires et des réunions avec les fournisseurs de service mobile money
Suivi de la réception du cash et travailler avec les ménagers ciblés dans la réception du cash
Accompagner l’UNICEF dans les études endline, suivi et toute autre évaluation

Rapportage

Produire les rapports hebdomadaires de qualité afin d’alimenter le rapport mensuel du projet ;
Collecter les histoires à succès des activités protection de l’enfance au sein du projet.

Budget et Finances

Préparer les demandes d’avances, le faire approuver et les justifier pour toutes les activités mises en œuvre selon qu’elles ont été approuvées par le Program Unity Coordinator;
Suivre la consommation budgétaire et alerter le Program Unity Coordinator sur tout élément nécessaire afin d’assurer la bonne consommation budgétaire ;
Participer dans les séances d’actualisation de BvA ;

Logistique

Soumettre les PR et suivre leur exécution dans un temps records ;
Suivre le processus de livraison des items demandés par le projet s’assurant qu’ils sont de très bonne qualité ;
Accomplit toute autre tâche demandée par le superviseur en lien avec ce profil de poste.
